Penske PC4
The others models
Lors de sa première apparition publique, la PC4 disposait d'un aileron avant en forme de large plateau, semblable à celui de la Ferrari 312T, mais lorsqu'elle effectua ses débuts en Suède, Watson se plaignit d'une forte tendance au sous-virage". Roger Penske a alors suggéré l'emploi d'un museau anguleux avec des ailerons de part et d'autres. Même si ce n'etait pas la meilleure solution, cette configuration plus classique permit de gagner un peu de poids à l'avant.
