Located 25 km north of Florence, the circuit was inaugurated in 1974. It was bought and modernized by Ferrari in 1988, which wanted to make it a test track for its F1 cars. Mainly used by motorcycles, it hosts F1 in 2020 as part of the Tuscan Grand Prix following the Covid19 pandemic.
