Located 145 km north of Montreal, this circuit owes its name to the nearby mountain of the same name.
It was inaugurated in 1964 under the name of Saint-Jovite. Its slow and damaged track due to the harsh Canadian winter did not speak in its favor and it only hosted two Grand Prix.
