McLaren M23
Die andere Modelle
La longévité de la McLaren M23 est impressionnante. Qualifiée "d'inconduisible" par James Hunt lors de ses premiers kilomètre, McLaren se fera un devoir de l'amadouer.
Les boîtes à air en cheminée avaient fait place par la suite à ces formes en V disposées de chaque côté de la tête du pilote. Les pneus Good Year offrait à la voiture une tenue de route hors-pair. Les boîtes de vitesse Hewland avaient été retravaillées, avec ajout d'un sixième pignon, une avancée que seule McLaren disposait à cette époque.
